Senior Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders (Customers, Product Management, Professional Services, Sales) to ensure that the features align with the strategic goals and customer needs. You will guide and work in a self-organized agile development team to translate strategic goals into requirements for solutions that will be implemented around the world. You are involved in the day-to-day operations and practices of the agile team and help them obtain the best results. • Align with the Product Manager on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Collect customer, business, and technical requirements and filtering down into a single product backlog
• Prioritize product backlog
• Managing internal and external stakeholders expectations
• Communicate and work with multi-disciplinary teams including UX, QA, Engineering, Documentation, Product Management and other business teams in an evolving Agile development environment.
• Establish, track and report on KPIs of product performance and quality and ensuring targets are being met.
• Assist with the creation of product overviews and training materials for internal and external use.
• Work in cooperation with a team of Product Owners to ensure the success of the complete product suite.
• Drive continuous improvement and challenge the status quo.

• Bachelor's degree or a related technical experience
• 5+ years Product Owner experience
• Experience in Agile development processes
• Strong communication skills including the ability to tailor the delivery of complicated information to all organizational levels and professional backgrounds
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish credibility and trust
• Experience working with distributed development and testing teams
• Ability to comfortably work in an iterative/collaborative environment and facilitate collaborative decision-making.
• Ability to take initiative
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to quality and detail
• Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Experience with developing IT applications and software lifecycle.
• Certified Agile Product Owner preferred
• Experience in multi-product, multi-team environment.
• Experience with B2B Software as a Service (SaaS)
