Job description
- Deliver technical expertise throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with customer goals.
- Conduct complex product demonstrations and occasional proofs of value (PoVs) tailored to enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Strategic Account Executives to identify opportunities for account growth.
- Translate client requirements into actionable solutions, leveraging platform capabilities for maximum impact.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to communicate market trends, customer needs, and feature requests.
- Travel to high-profile client sites, tradeshows, and webinars, presenting technical solutions and strategic value.
- Provide post-sale support, including training, troubleshooting, and adoption guidance to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Requirements

BS/MS in engineering, computer science, or a related analytical discipline.

5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, value engineering, or related technical pre-sales roles.

Strong experience in AI SaaS platforms, enterprise sales, and technical solution design.

Advanced technical skills to troubleshoot complex implementation issues and develop custom solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging technical and business stakeholders, including C-Level audiences.

Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and manage client expectations effectively.

Entrepreneurial mindset with intellectual curiosity, problem-solving ability, and collaborative approach.

Ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements. Nice to have:

Experience in localization workflows, localization engineering, or translation technology.

Background in consulting, change management, or organizational transformation.

Basic programming skills (Python preferred), with knowledge of machine learning or statistics.
