Job description
- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team., * Own and drive the overall test strategy, defining scope, objectives, test phases, entry and exit criteria, and quality metrics.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, including timelines, resource allocation, test environments, and dependencies.
- Identify and plan testing requirements across IFS modules such as SCM, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Maintenance, and Projects.
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing cycles, including Unit, System, SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and Performance testing.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, technical teams, business users, and project managers to ensure alignment with business processes and delivery timelines.
- Define and manage test data and environment requirements. Oversee the creation, review, and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios, ensuring traceability to business requirements.
- Track, manage, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution and monitoring defect-related KPIs.
- Validate IFS configurations, custom developments, reports, interfaces, and extensions, ensuring compliance with project methodologies and QA standards.
- Lead and mentor test teams, including internal resources and external partners, assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and promoting testing best practices.
- Support and train business users during UAT, facilitate test review meetings, and manage UAT sign-offs.
- Provide regular status reporting on testing progress, risks, and issues to project leadership, acting as the single point of contact for all testing-related activities.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with IFS Applications (versions 9, 10, or IFS Cloud), with solid functional knowledge across modules such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Maintenance, HR, Project Management, and CRM.
- Proven experience using test management tools including Azure DevOps, JIRA, HP ALM, and Zephyr, along with hands-on exposure to integration testing involving APIs, middleware, and external systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in QA methodologies, test automation concepts, and end-to-end defect management, with a track record of leading test cycles for ERP implementations and upgrade projects.
- Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities, complemented by excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Highly analytical with a strong problem-solving mindset.
