Job description
- Provide daily technical support to staff and students across the school site.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware such as PCs, laptops, Chromebooks, and interactive screens.
- Support software installations, updates, and user accounts.
- Assist with maintaining the school network, Wi-Fi, and servers.
- Log and resolve IT issues promptly through the helpdesk system.
- Contribute to IT projects and upgrades.
Requirements
- Previous IT support experience (school experience desirable but not essential).
- Strong troubleshooting ability and good understanding of Windows, Office 365, and basic networking.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
