IT Technician - Secondary School - Slough

You will provide first- and second-line IT support across the school, responding to technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include supporting classroom technology, maintaining hardware and software, and assisting staff and students with day-to-day IT queries.

You will help manage user accounts, devices, and network access, support the setup and maintenance of laptops, desktops, interactive screens, and printers, and assist with the smooth running of the school's IT systems.
