Technical Analyst - Pensions Systems - Salary £45,000-£55,000 Locations - Bristol / Norwich Do you love solving complex problems and shaping smarter systems? If you're confident working with ambiguity, collaborating across teams, and documenting systems with precision-this could be your next step. A bit about the job: We're hiring two Technical Analysts/Consultants to support our persistent Feature Team, delivering change that supports the onboarding of complex schemes and platform enhancements. You'll work closely with Scheme Onboarding and Ops Development to reduce key person dependencies, improve requirements gathering and identify solutions. Your work will help streamline onboarding and enhance system documentation, supporting long-term scalability and efficiency. Requirements
actuarial knowledge is a bonus Ability to translate scheme onboarding challenges into detailed system requirements, including calculations where necessary Confident working independently and validating solutions with SMEs, partnered with excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills Skilled in Agile delivery, Systems Engineering practices and a good understanding of end-to-end testing Technical expertise in SQL and/or similar tools and Advanced Excel skills (e.g. calculations, scenario modelling, validation of system logic); experience with Jira & Confluence would be beneficial What you'll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
