Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to deliver innovative technologies and support the continual evolution of high-performance IT systems. You will work across a broad range of infrastructure topics, act as a key technical escalation point, and drive both operational excellence and project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Strong skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving and root-cause analysis?
Experience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise infrastructure and applications?
Senior-level operational support experience in medium-large enterprise environments?
Knowledge of WAN/LAN support, cloud platforms, databases, middleware, and automation?
Experience delivering complex workloads using ITIL or Agile methodologies?
The ability to mentor, support and guide junior colleagues?
A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work under pressure?
