Apply now for the position of IT Infrastructure Engineer and you will be a key part of the team supporting, designing and implementing our core IT infrastructure across both our existing factory in Eynsham and our brand new, state of the art facility in Bicester. Your role: Project Delivery:

You will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities for improving our IT Systems

You will be working independently and part of the wider team to define, develop and deliver complex projects

You will be working to maintain and improve the security of our Information Systems Support:
-
Identifying the root cause of issues and, where appropriate, advising on suitable solutions or resolving as required

You will be working with the Service Desk team on escalated issues to provide technical support and knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Experience with Windows Desktop and Server environments (On-Premise and Cloud Hosted)
- Knowledge of High-Performance Computing
- Networking skills: LAN (VLANs), WAN (SD-WAN), Wi-Fi, and firewalls
- Infrastructure and server monitoring
- Strong understanding of Information and Cyber Security best practices
- Familiarity with ITIL and Project Management principles
- Ability to automate tasks using scripting
