Requirements
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven, hands-on recruitment experience who enjoys taking full ownership of the recruitment process and developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders. A genuine passion for recruitment and a desire to find the best talent for our businesses is key to your success., * Proven experience (5+ years) in internal recruitment, preferably within the consulting industry or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage talent pipelines, and foster career development programs.
- Direct sourcing experience and a successful track record of creating diverse pipelines are essential., * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Your Technical Skills:
