Job description
Gallagher Group is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide second-line support across their business. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will support desktop, server, and network environments while ensuring IT systems run smoothly across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities
- Second-line support for desktop, laptop, and mobile environments
- Supporting specialist business systems and applications
- Windows Server administration and updates
- Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration
- Network support (switches, wireless access points, SD-WAN)
- Monitoring backups and daily IT operations
- Supporting IT projects and site rollouts
- Providing helpdesk cover when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an IT support role
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows Server knowledge
- Experience supporting networks and infrastructure
- Excellent customer-facing and troubleshooting skills
