Job description
This is a varied role combining helpdesk support, onsite client work and involvement in projects. It is ideal for someone looking to progress into a more senior or project-focused technical role over time., You will:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support via the helpdesk
- Attend client sites for audits, installations and support tasks
- Install and configure desktops, laptops and user devices
- Assist senior engineers with project delivery
- Support Microsoft 365 environments
- Work across cloud, security, infrastructure and networking
- Contribute to documentation and internal improvements
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, We are looking for a confident and professional IT Support Engineer with at least 2 years' experience in a similar MSP or IT support role., * Minimum 2 years' experience in an MSP or similar environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals
- Confident and articulate communicator
- Professional appearance and client-facing manner
- Ability to work independently onsite
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
