IT Support Engineer

This is a varied role combining helpdesk support, onsite client work and involvement in projects. It is ideal for someone looking to progress into a more senior or project-focused technical role over time., You will:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support via the helpdesk
• Attend client sites for audits, installations and support tasks
• Install and configure desktops, laptops and user devices
• Assist senior engineers with project delivery
• Support Microsoft 365 environments
• Work across cloud, security, infrastructure and networking
• Contribute to documentation and internal improvements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, We are looking for a confident and professional IT Support Engineer with at least 2 years' experience in a similar MSP or IT support role., * Minimum 2 years' experience in an MSP or similar environment

• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Confident and articulate communicator
• Professional appearance and client-facing manner
• Ability to work independently onsite
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
