Group Director of IT Service Operations

Join AWS Professional Services as the UKI Area Director, where you'll drive transformational business outcomes across the UK and Ireland's most innovative enterprises. Operating at the intersection of strategic business transformation and operational excellence, you'll lead a high-performing organization responsible for multi-million dollars in revenue and bookings. As UKI ProServe Area Director, you'll architect industry-defining transformations with marquee customers. Your strategic vision will directly support UKI's ambition to deliver billions in ARR by 2029 through first-of-a-kind solutions and transformational innovation. Your role involves defining multi-year vision and operating plans for UKI ProServe, making critical decisions about resource allocation, partnership strategies, and go-to-market approaches in an environment where problems and opportunities are undefined. You'll regularly engage with C-level executives at the UK's largest enterprises and drive cross-functional initiatives that span multiple AWS organizations. As a member of the EMEA ProServe leadership team, you'll influence organization-wide goals while balancing P&L responsibility with strategic customer investments that drive broad AWS impact. • Lead and scale the UKI Professional Services organization in a leader-of-leaders role, driving operational excellence and team development
