We can offer you the stability of a wider group as well as the opportunities that that offers if you wish to progress your career with us. We are family and we would like to invite you to be part of that and support our teams in delivering great products to all of our customers., When we opened in 1993 the UK's pre-packed sandwich market was relatively young and our production concentrated on a very small range of products. Since then the market has grown and at Bradgate Bakery we are proud to work with our market-leading customer Tesco in this developing sector; Tesco is the UK's leading sandwich retailer*. What was once a simple sandwich range has been replaced by a huge variety of products including bagels, wraps and ciabatta, with an array of ingredients and packaging types, all to meet the changing tastes, seasons and demands of our consumers. Our teams of development chefs and buyers are constantly working on bringing innovation and freshness to our range of sandwiches and salads. *Nielson data 2017
