Analytics Engineer

The organisation is experiencing significant growth due to new project wins, making this a fantastic time to become part of their collaborative team., * Supporting data projects throughout their entire lifecycle by collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.* Engaging proactively with senior colleagues to define clients needs, translating complex concepts into clear requirements and technical specifications that everyone can understand.* Advising on optimal approaches to data development by drawing on your experience and understanding of industry standards.* Utilising tools such as Power BI, SQL, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Fabric to design robust data pipelines and insightful dashboards.* Ensure high standards of data quality and accuracy through rigorous attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

• Skills in Power BI with a proven track record of developing effective dashboards and reports that meet diverse business needs.* Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, transforming data sets, and optimising performance within large-scale environments.* Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory for orchestrating complex data workflows across multiple sources.* Experience leading stakeholders through requirements gathering processes by facilitating workshops or one-on-one sessions that clarify objectives.* Outstanding communication skills that enable you to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders alike.
