Job description

We are pleased to be supporting an NHS project focused on improving the accuracy, quality, and management of mental health records.

This role would suit someone with previous NHS or healthcare experience who is confident working with patient records, clinical systems, and sensitive data. You will play a key role in ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and managed in line with NHS standards, while working fully remotely., * Accurately enter, update, and maintain mental health patient records

  • Review, cleanse, and validate patient information to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Manage electronic records and documentation in line with NHS policies and data protection standards
  • Cross-check information across systems and reports to resolve discrepancies
  • Support the organisation and improvement of record-keeping processes
  • Document clear procedures and workflows to support ongoing project work

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within the NHS or a healthcare or medical setting is essential
  • Strong experience with patient records, clinical systems, or medical administration
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Confident working independently and managing workload effectively in a remote environment
  • Understanding of NHS data governance, confidentiality, and record-keeping standards
  • Basic DBS required (support can be provided if required), * Data Administration
