Job description
- Perform audits of IT systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in the development of the IT annual audit plans and strategy, acting as a key stakeholder in its formulation
- Work on NIST & cybersecurity reviews for the organisation, with lots of stakeholder management exposure
- Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the technology department to identify areas of risk and implement solutions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely resolution.
- Support the organisation in achieving its IT governance and risk management objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and regulatory changes impacting the industry
Requirements
- Professional qualifications in IT auditing or a related field (e.g CISA, CISSM, CISSP)
- Experience in auditing IT systems and controls within a practice or industry environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

- Competitive salary of approximately £50,000 to £58,000 per annum.
