Job description

As a Senior DataAnalyst, you will play a key role in enabling high-qualitydecision-making across our Infrastructure Delivery service.Working within the PMO, you'll take theleadin managing and analysing datasets, developing our data architecture, and ensuring accurate, clear anddecision-ready information is available to stakeholders.

Communication is essential in this role: you willcollaborateclosely with colleagues in IT, Digital, Finance, and wider service delivery teams to build effective reporting structures.You'll translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, deliver training, run user workshops andsupportcontinuous improvement activity.

This role can offer flexibility in working pattern and location to suit applicants. We welcome applications from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

You'll bring at least three years' experience as a DataAnalystor BusinessAnalyst, with strong skills in MS Power BI, and experience using tools such as Python, R or SQL to automate data processes.Your analytical capability will be matched by excellent numeracy, communication and problem-solving skills.

You areconfidentinterpreting data, presenting insights and engaging stakeholders at all levels.You enjoy improving systems and processes, delivering training, and making the complex simple for different audiences.

You are highly organised, self-motivated, detail-focused and able to work bothindependentlyand as part of a team.A passion for continuous improvement and delivering excellent customer service will help you thrive in this role.
