Job description

The IT Admin Officer will report directly to Contract Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for, * Coordinate Statement of Work (SOW) approvals and manage DocuSign workflows.

  • Review invoices against days worked for accuracy.
  • Organise and minute contract meetings and quarterly strategy sessions.
  • Capture demand from planning sessions and help translate requirements into SOWs.
  • Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Respond to queries on invoices and POs promptly.
  • Support contract spend forecasting and budget tracking.
  • Maintain contracts in the MaPS commercial system with the Commercial team.
  • Spot-check timesheets and report on sprint progress.
  • Manage supplier onboarding/offboarding and user setup.
  • Oversee hardware/software procurement and related approvals.
