Job description

Duties will include:

  • Collating data for regular HR reporting, including headcount, turnover, diversity, recruitment metrics etc

  • Analyse data and support the department's use of these findings in shaping HR strategy

  • Meticulously maintain the HRIS

  • Assist with migration to a Workday and act as team 'expert'

  • Assist with core HR Ops - onboarding, data changes, contracts etc

  • Streamline processes

  • Take the lead on audits and data requests for the department

Requirements

A fast-paced, extremely successful B Corps creative agency are looking for an HR Ops and Data Analyst to join their growing HR team. With 1 -2 years HR experience under your belt, you will be a detail conscious administrator, analytically minded, an Excel pro and have a keen interest in using tech and AI to help streamline efficient work practices.
