Duties will include:

Collating data for regular HR reporting, including headcount, turnover, diversity, recruitment metrics etc

Analyse data and support the department's use of these findings in shaping HR strategy

Meticulously maintain the HRIS

Assist with migration to a Workday and act as team 'expert'

Assist with core HR Ops - onboarding, data changes, contracts etc
-
Streamline processes

Take the lead on audits and data requests for the department
