IT Lecturer

• Teaching engaging, practical sessions in Computing & Computer Science

• Contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement
• Acting as a positive role model for learners

Your technical strengths

To qualify for the Market Rate Allowance, you'll have strong knowledge and be willing to teach at least three of the following areas up to Level 3:

• Software Development
• Programming (e.g. Python, C/C++/C# or similar)
• Games Development
• Artificial Intelligence (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Cyber Security
• Object-Oriented Programming
• Data / Big Data
• AR / VR technologies

(You don't need experience in everything - depth matters more than breadth.)

Computing skills are in demand - and so are great teachers.
