Job description
We're looking for an Oracle EBS Compensation & Benefits HR Functional Lead to support EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients. You'll need to guide & supporting projects and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences., As an Oracle EBS Core HR Functional Lead, you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients & supporting existing solutions. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle EBS HCM modules like EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits for the UK public sector. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll provide necessary support & guidance to existing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle EBS HCM, specifically focusing on EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients.
- Apply hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
Requirements
- Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation & support of Oracle EBS HCM for EBS Core HR, EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients.
- Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Knowledge and Support of existing solutions.
- Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log
Preferred
- Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills
- Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5+ team members
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies & ITIL Methodologies.
