Head of Technology

This newly created position and you will be responsible for shaping the maturity of the IT landscape. But that's not all, our client is always looking for new capabilities that can help them move forward!, * Lead and deliver IT projects, including systems integrations, APIs, automation, and emerging tech initiatives.

• Drive the technology roadmap, ensuring robust cybersecurity and compliance.
• Manage and mentor a growing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
• Collaborate with the COO to elevate IT maturity and scalability.
• Champion blockchain-based solutions and explore decentralized marketplace opportunities to future-proof our business.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in app development and IT product management.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies and decentralized marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, ideally within retail.
• Proven leadership and people management skills (desired)
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake (desired)
• Background in managing an IT Service Desk (desired)
• Vendor and external partner management experience (desired)
