Job description
We're recruiting an IT Operations Lead for a PE-backed, tech-native UK consultancy launching in London. This is a hands-on role to build UK IT operations from scratch, working closely with an international Group IT function during a critical launch phase., * Set up and manage UK Azure and M365 environments (tenant-level)
- Define identity, access, and security controls across Azure and M365
- Own cyber hygiene, backups, and incident response
- Procure and deploy devices using Intune
- Deliver first-line IT support and supplier management
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Operations Lead or senior IT engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure, M365, Entra ID, and Intune
- Highly desirable: experience supporting a startup, spin-out, or new UK entity
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
