About the Role
As a Data Administrator, you'll play a key part in making sure our customers receive clean, accurate and reliable data. You don't need prior technical experience - we'll give you full training - but you must enjoy working with detail, solving problems, and speaking with customers in a friendly, professional way.
You'll work closely with our Helpdesk, Customer Success team and engineers to keep customer data flowing smoothly and resolve issues quickly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Checking, validating and updating customer data to ensure accuracy
- Investigating data issues and supporting first-line fixes
- Logging, managing and resolving tickets related to data or sensors
- Communicating clearly with customers when information or clarifications are needed
- Supporting sensor configuration, site set-ups, and data exports (training provided)
- Helping maintain internal data tools and dashboards
- Working closely with colleagues across Operations and Customer Success to keep things running effectively
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer service?, You'll thrive in this role if you are:
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills
- Detail-focused - spotting errors comes naturally to you
- Comfortable speaking to customers over phone and email
- A quick learner who enjoys understanding how things work
- Calm and methodical when solving problems
- Proactive in asking questions and taking ownership
