Job description
As Head of Workday Reporting, you will own the end-to-end reporting landscape across Workday Financials. You will act as the subject matter expert, partnering closely with Finance, IT, and senior stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned to business needs. A key focus will be defining data logic, standardising data definitions, establishing governance around reporting, and driving the organisation away from spreadsheet-based reporting toward a robust, automated reporting framework., Developing and owning the reporting strategy for Workday Financials, including standard, custom, and advanced reporting
Leading the design, development, and governance of financial reports, dashboards, data models, data definitions, and data logic
Establishing strong governance frameworks to ensure consistent, accurate, and auditable reporting across the organisation
Acting as the key escalation point for complex reporting requirements and issues
Partnering with Finance leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, insightful reporting solutions
Driving data integrity, security, and compliance across all reporting outputs
Championing automation, standardisation, and the adoption of best practices in Workday reporting, moving the business away from dependency on spreadsheets
Supporting Workday upgrades, enhancements, and integrations from a reporting perspective
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Finance reporting
Strong knowledge of Workday reporting tools
Solid understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR etc.)
Excellent data skills
