IT Applications Analyst

Our client, based in Oldham, Greater Manchester, is looking for a Business Applications Developer to help ensure the effective operation of the company's ORACLE R12 ERP system. This role will involve working alongside a small team within the European IT organisation that focuses on ORACLE ERP. The primary responsibilities will include managing the configuration of Oracle EBS for manufacturing and inventory, as well as interfacing with other applications, such as the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Configuration of the OSFM, WIP, BOM and INV modules of Oracle's EBS manufacturing solution aligning the company's business requirements with manufacturing processes.
• Integration of the Oracle ERP with other applications such as Manufacturing Execution Systems, Product Life Cycle Systems, Maintenance Systems, etc using real-time and batch APIs.
• Investigation and resolution of operational issues.
• Communication with members of the Oracle team, internal organisations, and, potentially, 3rd parties to ensure changes are understood, agreed, and the implications of change recognised

• Significant experience in OracleR12 EBS Manufacturing Modules.
• Proficiency in configuration and deployment of change across the Oracle EBS Manufacturing Modules.
• Experience in integrating Oracle R12 EBS Manufacturing with a manufacturing execution system.
• Proficiency in the use of SQL or PLSQL
