Job description

To demonstrate a high level of technical quality and service delivery
To provide exceptional customer service at all times

Extract, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources using SQL and other tools
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards
Document processes, methodologies, and findings for transparency and repeatability

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, analytical capabilities, solution-oriented mindset and experience working with large datasets to support reporting.

To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate a commitment to innovation and a determination to provide a market leading service and product on behalf of QuestGates., * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, IT competency and literacy
Demonstrate personal and professional integrity and lead by example
Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standards
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI)
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS)
