Job description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Assistant to support our administrative and technical operations. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of office tasks, utilise computer systems efficiently, and ensure smooth daily operations.   • Assist with the organisation and maintenance of office systems using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Support IT-related tasks such as troubleshooting basic computer issues and maintaining hardware/software inventories
  • Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, updating records, and processing paperwork
  • Support team members with organisational tasks to enhance overall efficiency
  • Ensure the security of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies

Requirements

Do you have experience in Typing?, * Proven office experience or administrative background

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry purposes
  • Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting techniques is desirable but not essential
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
