Job description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand testing requirements and objectives.
- Develop test cases AND test scripts based on specifications and requirements.
- Execute test cases and document test results, identifying and prioritising defects for resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with project team members to ensure timely delivery of testing activities.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, * Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing.
- Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
DESIRABLE:
- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification.
- Experience using JIRA Software for test case management and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cucumber.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Knowledge or experience of Automated Testing.

This role is within our new product innovation team. As a test consultant, you'll work within a multi-skilled agile team, developing and executing functional automated and manual tests to help the team deliver new products that meets user needs.
