Do you have experience in Figma?, We are looking for a highly experienced designer with a deep understanding of the payments and banking industry, who will collaborate closely with ex-founders of other fintech companies. The ideal candidate is Senior or Mid-Level but hungry to change payment behaviours. He/she will possess a strong knowledge of payment devices (hardware), payment apps (software), card schemes, digital wallets, other and new payment methods like open banking, PIX, Twint, Bizum, AliPay, WeChat. A deep insight into customer behaviours and how users interact with their finances is essential, as this role involves building and managing an innovative product that aims to redefine the $10.8 trillion point-of-sale market. This is a challenging opportunity that requires a product designer who can think critically about brand, user interactions, and pioneering design solutions, creating a seamless and intuitive experience that's never been done before.
- Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio of design projects showcasing UX/UI design work.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects for UI animations).
- Excellent eye for selecting high-quality images and stock photos that enhance project aesthetics.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Solid understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid and basic code prototyping.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
