As a Business Systems Analyst - Healthcare Technology, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering clinical system implementations across the UK and Ireland. Working closely with clinical users, technical teams and commercial stakeholders, you will help design, configure and implement healthcare IT solutions that meet clinical and operational needs.This is a contract position requiring approximately 50% travel across the UK and Ireland, with occasional travel to the US. Requirements
- A degree in IT, Health Sciences, or equivalent practical experience
- Clinical cardiology experience within the NHS or HSE (ideally both)
- Experience working in IT and cardiology environments
- A strong background in training individuals and groups
- Proven experience delivering change or transformation projects leading to improved clinical outcomes
- Hands-on experience delivering applications training to clinical and technical users
- Experience configuring and training customers on Echo, Haemo, Cath Reporting and BCIS data entry
- Expertise in haemodynamic and cardiac clinical reporting systems
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to translate clinical and user requirements into practical technical solutions
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders, including clinicians, engineers and commercial teams
You must also:
- Hold a valid UK or Irish driving licence with access to a vehicle
- Be willing to travel extensively (minimum 50%) and work occasional weekends during system Go Lives
- Have full, unrestricted right to work in the relevant country
