IT Support Specialist

• End-user support: You are the onsite first point of contact for both hardware and software issues.
• Onboarding: You help us prepare the laptops and other tools needed for new colleagues.
• Event support: On our internal and external events, you support on the technical side to ensure there are no issues with audio / visuals during the event.

Do you have experience in Network administration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * We're looking for a colleague with minimum three years of relevant experience. A Bachelor degree in an IT related field is a nice to have.

Languages

• Dutch and English at a fluent level are must haves for this role.

Expertise

• All round interest / skills in IT services is a must have. (For example: network administration, cloud based applications, Office 365, Excel Macro, …)
