Job description

As IT Business Partner - Europe, your mission is clear: identify where IT can create real business value and make it happen. You will work closely with European stakeholders to understand pain points, uncover opportunities, and deliver IT solutions that drive efficiency and growth. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, you will ensure alignment and lead initiatives that transform processes.

What you will do:

  • Deliver IT services for European customers in partnership with Global IT.
  • Work with global platforms: NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, SomAccount.
  • Analyze pain points and develop roadmaps to maximize IT's contribution.
  • Translate IT concepts into business language and vice versa.
  • Lead regional projects and support global initiatives.
  • Represent Global IT in European leadership meetings.
  • Control European IT budget (Capex & Opex).
  • Ensure compliance with governance and security standards.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background and ability to resolve local issues.
  • Proven project leadership with measurable results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management in a global, decentralized environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Business analysis and system analyst skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication in English (Dutch preferred; German/French is a plus).
  • Self-starter, independent, and proactive.
  • Analytical and flexible in a distributed global team.
  • Skilled at taking stakeholders along on the digital journey.
