Workday Application Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Application Consultant on Workday. As a technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our Workday system. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your technical expertise to design and deliver solutions that optimize and automate our HRIT Landscape.

This is what your assignment looks like:

• Implement configuration changes (business processes, security roles, new reports, new features) according to business requirements and best practices
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex system issues, working closely with internal IT teams, Workday support, and external vendors as needed.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance enhancement, leveraging Workday's latest features and functionalities to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in business expert (HRIS) meetings and advise;.
• Research innovations and vendor managed solutions;
• Coach and guide other application or functional consultants

At least 4-5 year experience with Workday and transformations projects. You like to work in a dynamic and fast-growing organization, with a focus on IT landscape for HR.

We also ask

• At least a bachelor's degree preferably an IT related direction;
• Knowledge on Workday, ideally focus on one of these modules: HCM core or Time and Absence or Time Tracking or Reporting
• Strong technical skills in automation;
• Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus;
• Experience in working in an Agile environment is an advantage
• You are structured, organized and good communicator
• With your eyes for detail, you know how to get things done!
