Data Modeler

A Senior Data Analyst / Data Modeler to serve as a strategic bridge between business requirements and technical execution. In this role, you will take full ownership of high-impact data initiatives, converting complex product and process improvements into value-driven credit data solutions for our client., As a Senior Data Analyst / Data Modeler, you will manage data development lifecycles from conception to deployment. You will ensure that credit data remains the cornerstone of the client's strategic change initiatives, enhancing the lending journey while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards., * Lead Initiatives: Engage in and take ownership of critical, bank-wide change projects, such as the refinement of the Definition of Default (DoD) and the optimization of Early Warning Models (EWM).

• Innovate Data Products: Leverage advanced SQL skills to perform deep-dive analysis, resolving bottlenecks and contributing to the architectural development of new, scalable data products.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to extract and define data requirements, transforming them into actionable technical enhancements and concrete data products.
• Master Data Modeling: Partner with domain and solution architects to oversee the Credits Business Data Model (CBDM), ensuring precise data mapping, comprehensive lineage, and regulatory compliance.
• Support Advanced Analytics: Partner with Analytics & AI teams to deploy sophisticated, data-driven solutions.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Execute rigorous testing of ETL outcomes and troubleshoot technical issues (including Python code) to ensure audit compliance, data integrity, and rapid problem-solving.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in brainstorming and thought leadership to refine the product roadmap and optimize internal methodologies., * Conduct comprehensive data analyses to validate business requirements and proactively identify gaps in existing data assets.
• Orchestrate the implementation, testing, and release cycles of data products in close coordination with engineering squads.
• Maintain and optimize data products through mapping adjustments, build plan creation, and corrective maintenance.

Do you have experience in SQL?, * A proven track record in business and data analysis, specifically within the banking industry and the credit data domain.

• Professional-level mastery of SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Data Modeling frameworks.
• Experience utilizing JSON for data mapping and familiarity with Databricks is highly regarded.
