Python Developer

We are looking for a Python Developer to help us build and scale the Momants platform. Full stack is preferred (React), but we are also open to a strong backend-focused engineer. This is not a corporate environment. We move fast, experiment often, and value outcomes over perfect processes. If something works and customers are happy, we can refine and rebuild later. We want someone who enjoys that style of working and takes initiative without needing detailed instructions. Because our team is small, we are effectively looking for a technical operational lead: someone who can explore, make decisions, and take the extra step to turn ideas into working product. Tech stack Backend: Python, Django LLMs: OpenAI, Gemini (having an interest is enough!) Frontend: React What you will do

• Build and extend backend services in Python/Django
• Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and business logic
• Work with LLMs (OpenAI and Gemini) to deliver reliable AI-driven experiences
• Collaborate with the frontend team and contribute to React when full stack
• Prototype, test, and ship new features quickly, then improve them based on real usage
• Help shape technical decisions and raise the bar on how we build as we grow

Do you have experience in React?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Strong experience with Python and Django in production

• Full stack experience with React is a strong plus (backend-only is also fine)
• Experience integrating external services via APIs and webhooks
• Interest in or experience with LLM-powered applications
• Comfortable in low-process, high-ownership environments
• Proactive builder mindset: you spot problems, propose solutions, and ship
• Pragmatic approach: working software first, polish and refactor after validation
