Job description
- Administer and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and endpoints.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and security across all Windows infrastructure.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents, including hardware, software, and access issues.
- Lead IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and security enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to optimize IT operations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Strong experience in Windows server administration and IT operations.
- Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and virtualization.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Understanding of IT security, backups, disaster recovery, and access management.
- Clear communicator, capable of supporting users with varying technical skills.
