Job description
- Coordinate support requests with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Maintain and develop scientific applications and documentation.
- Procure, install, and maintain hardware and software systems., * Coordination of requirements and support cases with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
- Support and further development of the clinical, scientific, and medical application landscape including documentation.
- Procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software for workstation systems, mobile devices, servers, network, and medical/scientific end devices.
- Conducting fault analyses and support (incident handling, troubleshooting, escalation management).
- Ensuring operation, including monitoring availability, inventory maintenance, and updating operational documents.
- Supporting departments in IT projects, including requirements management, consulting, and assistance with procurement and implementation of solutions.
- Automation and optimization, e.g., through scripts, software evaluation, and solving interface and conversion problems.
Requirements
- ICT professional with at least 4 years of experience required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
- Fluency in German and English required for effective interaction., * IT specialist EFZ, business informatics specialist EFZ, or ICT specialist EFZ with at least 4 years of professional experience
- Practical experience in the operational management of software and hardware in scientific or hospital environments
- Good social skills, especially communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented working style
- Conceptual skills
- Independence, personal commitment, and high flexibility
- Outgoing personality and willingness to quickly familiarize with new work areas
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
