• Coordinate support requests with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Maintain and develop scientific applications and documentation.

• Support and further development of the clinical, scientific, and medical application landscape including documentation.
• Procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software for workstation systems, mobile devices, servers, network, and medical/scientific end devices.
• Conducting fault analyses and support (incident handling, troubleshooting, escalation management).
• Ensuring operation, including monitoring availability, inventory maintenance, and updating operational documents.
• Supporting departments in IT projects, including requirements management, consulting, and assistance with procurement and implementation of solutions.
• Automation and optimization, e.g., through scripts, software evaluation, and solving interface and conversion problems.

• ICT professional with at least 4 years of experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
• Fluency in German and English required for effective interaction., * IT specialist EFZ, business informatics specialist EFZ, or ICT specialist EFZ with at least 4 years of professional experience
• Practical experience in the operational management of software and hardware in scientific or hospital environments
