What you'll do As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will: * Define and implement the BI strategy and roadmap, translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions. * Build, maintain, and optimize a robust BI infrastructure, including data models, dashboards, and reporting tools. * Collaborate with leadership, business units, and IT teams to understand reporting and analytics needs. * Ensure timely delivery of BI projects while maintaining high standards for data quality

governance, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). * Manage BI tools and data platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, MySQL, Data Lake) and explore new technologies to improve capabilities. * Lead, mentor, and develop the BI team, including data analysts, report developers, and data engineers. What we're looking for We are seeking a candidate with: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field. * 7+ years of experience in BI, data architecture, or analytics roles, including 2+ years in a managerial position. * Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes. * Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehouses. * Solid understanding of data governance and modern data cataloging practices. * Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Fluent in English.
