Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only. Flexible Office. Top-of-the-line equipment: MacBook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones. Flexible vacation policy and working hours. Organize your time as you wish. Dedicated coach from day one to maximize impact, nurture engagement and navigate Alan's values. Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only.
Requirements
Operational Rigor: You have strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Metabase/Tableau). You treat data with zero margin for error. Systems Mindset: You are comfortable administrating complex SaaS tools (HRIS, ATS) and understand how data flows between them. Structured Communication: You can translate complex logic (e.g., review eligibility) into simple explanations for stakeholders. Builder: You don't just "run" the query; if a process is broken, you hunt down the root cause and fix it.
