Hard Skills - Solid experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and translating models into business impact. - Strong expertise in machine learning, econometrics, causal inference, and applied statistics. - Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, content generation, personalization engines) and Agentic AI (autonomous agents, decision intelligence). - Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and working in cloud environments. - Strong understanding of consumer behavior, commercial dynamics, and media effectiveness. Soft Skills - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholders. - Proven ability to work cross-functionally and turn insights into business adoption. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for AI-enabled growth and transformation. - Strong project ownership, delivering end-to-end data science solutions with measurable outcomes.
