Job description
- Configuration of devices
- Repair assessments - viewing, identifying the problem and diagnosing fault
- Fault Finding and plan of action to resolve problems
- Fitting of new parts to repair product
- Testing of product to ensure returned to full working order
- These repairs can be across a range of Chromebooks, Laptops, Tablets & Smartphones (Apple & Android)
Requirements

Previous experience and knowledge of repairs and operating systems is preferred although full on the job training will be given.
