Senior Salesforce Consultant - QA & Test Automation

• Reviewing business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to define clear and effective test strategies.
• Designing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications.
• Performing manual testing of Salesforce features, including:

• Custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
• Automations (Flows, Process Builder, Apex triggers)
• Reports, dashboards, and user permissions
• Integrations with external systems

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests using Salesforce test classes (Apex) and/or automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, TestNG, Copado, or similar.
• Executing regression testing to ensure new releases do not impact existing functionality.
• Validating data accuracy, system behavior, and performance from an end-user and business perspective.
• Identifying, logging, tracking, and following up on defects using tools such as Jira.
• Working closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines and contributing to test automation best practices within Salesforce projects.
• Acting as a quality advocate, ensuring security, reliability, and user experience standards are respected.
• Providing guidance and best practices to team members on Salesforce QA and testing approaches.
