AI Business & Data Analyst

• Requirements gathering, clarifying objectives for AI use cases and identifying/exploring new data sources.
• Ensuring compliance with AI governance policy.
• Increasing awareness and supporting the usage of predictive models within Marcom.
• Collaborate with Marcom Squads to boost awareness, encourage adoption, support the usage of predictive models by translating the output of the models into clear and actionable business insights for the users.
• Track the usage of the data products managed by the team. Monitor the usage, performance and value generation of predictive models.
• Gather and frame the business needs from stakeholders for AI use cases, clarifying objectives, identify relevant data dependencies and stakeholders, defining clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and explore new data sources and facilitate access to these sources for data scientists.
• Conduct feasibility studies, through data analysis and business value estimations for AI use cases.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance policy by supporting the team in the AI use case lifecycle process: documentation of the use cases and its usage, business value estimations, preparation of the deliverables and collaboration with different stakeholders for model validation.
• Enabling model explainability and fairness together with data scientists.

Do you have experience in AI?, You have at least 5 years of relevant experiences in AI engineering, Data Science, Software Development Business.

• Proven track record of translating (ambiguous) business needs into clear technical specs for AI use cases/data analysis.
• Proven experience in AI use case development, feasibility analysis, value estimation and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences and aligning the stakeholders.
