As an advisor and sparring partner, you enjoy guiding customers in a structured and pedagogical way.
Which tasks can you expect?

Contribute to implementation projects, including planning, testing, configuration, implementation, and training in our HR systems.

Support sales and proposal processes, participate in presales meetings, respond to requirement specifications, and demonstrate solutions in collaboration with the sales team.

Handle incoming inquiries from existing customers through our support channel.

Further develop customers' existing HR solutions and identify new opportunities for optimization.

Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and ensure excellent customer service at all stages.

Contribute to documentation of functionality, as well as active knowledge sharing internally and externally.

Collaborate with other departments as needed and support effective problem-solving across areas of expertise.
Requirements
- Experience 3-5 years as operational HR professional at Nordics companies
- Fluency in Norwegian and English languages
- Nice-to-have experience in projects and implementations of HRIS
