Job description
The IT Support Analyst provides 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line IT support across the business and act as the first point of contact for technical issues. The role supports hardware, software, and network environments, contributes to IT projects, and ensures high levels of service delivery across the organisation., * Provide 1st-3rd line IT support via onsite, remote, and service desk systems
- Act as first point of contact for all IT queries
- Support laptops, PCs, mobile devices, tablets, printers, and meeting room technology
- Manage and update the ticketing system
- Support and lead IT projects where required
- Configure new starters' IT equipment and deliver IT inductions
- Maintain IT asset tracking, procurement, and stock levels
- Support cyber security awareness and respond to security incidents
- Create and maintain IT documentation, processes, and policies
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and outsourced service providers
Requirements
- Extensive experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Windows 11, InTune, AD/Azure AD, Exchange, and SharePoint
- Experience supporting mobile technologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
