Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in TCP/IP?, You will become part of dynamic team and will be expected to have solid experience in a IT support role. You will provide IT support to external clients from varied industries. You will be providing support for Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange in wide variety of IT environments.
Your role will include the below (but not be limited to)
· Proactive monitoring of IT systems
· Helpdesk and incident management
· Providing onsite and remote support
· User, PC and server configuration
· Router/Firewall configuration and troubleshooting
· System checks including backup and antivirus monitoring and reporting
The successful candidate will have a broad technical background and experience in the following skills:
· Active Directory on Windows Server 2016 and upwards
· Powershell scripting
· Microsoft SharePoint
· Microsoft Office 365
· Remote Desktop Servers
· Windows 11 Desktop OS Support
· Networking protocols including TCP/IP
· Backup application and monitoring.
You must have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with problems and technical issues in a pressurised and time-sensitive environment. Ideal candidate must have motivation to excel in all areas and willingness to learn new technologies.
You are also required to have a driving license.

Required Experience:
IT Support: 3 years or more. * Only Applicants with the above skill set and experience of 3 years will be considered.*
