Job description

  • Track and monitor all design projects, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate workflow between the design team, Studio Manager and internal clients
  • Create and manage on-brand Canva templates in collaboration with designers
  • Review and approve Canva slides for brand compliance before publication
  • Maintain and update the studio's project tracking system, including timelines and resource allocation
  • Monitor brand compliance of materials within the digital asset management system
  • Create and manage project timelines, flagging risks and resolving issues with the Studio Manager
  • Schedule meetings and design reviews and keep stakeholders informed of progress
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather briefs and information for new projects
  • Support prioritisation of design requests and workload management
  • Prepare and share project status reports with stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project records, briefs and communications
  • Assist with invoicing and budget tracking
  • Support process improvements to streamline studio workflows
  • Provide general administrative support to the design team

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project coordination?, * Experience in project coordination or administration, ideally in a creative or marketing environment.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Design Studio Administrator to support the smooth running of the design studio. The role focuses on project coordination, workflow management, brand compliance, and administrative support, working closely with designers, the Studio Manager, and internal stakeholders., * Experience in project coordination or administration, ideally in a creative or marketing environment

Benefits & conditions

The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £20.00 per hour + holiday pay
