Job description
To provide first- and second-line IT support to employees, ensuring the effective operation of computer systems, software, and hardware across the organisation., * Provide day-to-day IT support to users via phone, email, and in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access
- Install, update, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Log, track, and resolve IT issues
- Escalate complex issues to external providers when required
- Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and asset records
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
- Ensure IT security policies and data protection standards are followed and championed
- Involvement and assistance with IT specific projects
Requirements

- Previous use or administration of Business Central and / or Dynamics 365 preferential, or other ERP systems
- Good knowledge of Cyber Security principles
