IT Support Technician

To provide first- and second-line IT support to employees, ensuring the effective operation of computer systems, software, and hardware across the organisation., * Provide day-to-day IT support to users via phone, email, and in person

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access
• Install, update, and maintain operating systems and applications
• Log, track, and resolve IT issues
• Escalate complex issues to external providers when required
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and asset records
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
• Ensure IT security policies and data protection standards are followed and championed
• Involvement and assistance with IT specific projects

• Good knowledge of Cyber Security principles
