The MSP that you will be working for are an incredible outfit with some superb training plans and facilities, and have a really good bunch of Engineers who are very tight knit, you will get truly looked after here., ** Provide support both remotely and face to face to teachers and pupils. ** Provide Windows Server, mobile device and network infrastructure support. ** Provide support for other technicians and work as part of the team. ** Provide hands on advice and guidance to the schools to help develop their IT network. ** Maintain a helpdesk facility providing clients with feedback to tickets proactively and in a timely manner.
